This policy explains what information Sena Hub collects when you use our website and services, and how we use it. By using Sena Hub you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

• Account sign-in — when you log in with Discord or Google, we receive your account ID, username, email address, and avatar image from that provider. We use this only to identify your account.
• License & device — for licensed features we store a hardware identifier (HWID) of the devices you activate, so a license can be bound to a limited number of devices (anti-piracy). We do not collect files, messages, or other content from your device.
• Payments — purchases are processed by a third-party payment gateway. We receive the transaction status and the package you bought; we never see or store your card, bank, or e-wallet credentials.
• Technical data — basic request data such as IP address and timestamps, used for security, rate-limiting, and preventing abuse.

2. How we use it

• To create and secure your account and deliver the features you request.
• To issue, bind, and manage license keys and device slots.
• To process purchases and provide support.
• To protect the service against abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access.

3. What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers needed to run Sena Hub (for example, the payment gateway), and only as needed to provide the service or when required by law.

4. Storage in your browser

The website stores a login session token and small preferences in your browser's local storage so you stay signed in. You can clear this at any time from your browser settings.

5. Data retention & removal

We keep account and license data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account data by contacting us through our Discord.

6. Children

Sena Hub is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.

7. Changes

We may update this policy; the "last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
